  • Choose dealership key staff to engage in the project. Select a point person to spearhead the project and then at least 1 associate from each department to answer questions from other “non-certified” associates
  • Dealership key staff complete the FREE Control The Road Adaptive Mobility Customer Training and then maintain at least 1 associate from each department trained at all times
  • Create and install a dealership specific website page acknowledging awareness about and ability to serve adaptive drivers
    • Dealership has option to use the CTR Mobility Marketing Planner with access to adaptive driver related images, logos, social media tabs, and taglines
  • Optional: Create and implement a social media specific campaign to alert dealership followers of ability to serve adaptive drivers. (CTR Marketing Planner access relevant for these purposes also)
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction related to the CTR community
  • Optional: Use the CTR Dealer Action Plan to craft a lasting strategy for your dealership

REQUIREMENTS

Visit the CTR Dealer Locator to see if your dealership has passed the initial customer review(s) analysis. Search for your city and view a list of the dealerships with the best customer review scores. If not request a review report ($95) to see your standing, in your market, based on the 6 common review sites (plus additional CTR satisfaction calculations)
